Being from South Texas, we love Mexican food. I was excited to see this recipe,but was very disappointed in it. The only difference was Only used 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and no black olives. I mixed all together the night before and left in refrigerator overnight. In the morning I went to our local Mexican store and bought freshly made warm tortillas. Yummy. Late morning I put them together for a 2 pm party. The filling was was too soft and oozed out when rolling the tortillas. Put them back in the fridge before slicing. Out of 12-15 people only one person said she liked them. I gave the leftovers to her to take home. Will not make them again.
