Blue Ribbon Recipe

Don't let the ease of this appetizer recipe fool you - these wraps are delicious! The filling of these pinwheels is creamy and full of flavor. Green chiles add that Mexican feel and jalapenos give them a little bite. Perfect for a holiday cocktail party, game night treat, or snack.
