I Had Never Heard Of, Eaten Or Made This Cake When A Friend Posted This On Facebook. I Researched This Cake And Have Not Found Any Information About Why It Is Called Goosefeather Cake Or Where It Came From. I Did Find A Little Cafe Called The Goose Feather Cafe So Maybe It Is A Place That Came Up With This Cake. Idk! What I Do Know Is That I Have Made It Several Time And It Is A Huge Hit But The Really Great Thing About It Is That It Is So Easy To Make And It Is Only 45 Minutes To Make From Start To Finish :)

I had never heard of, eaten or made this cake when a friend posted this on facebook. I researched this cake and have not found any information about why it is called goosefeather cake or where it came from. I did find a little cafe called the Goose Feather Cafe so maybe it is a place that came up with this cake. IDK! What I do know is that I have made it several time and it is a HUGE hit but the really great thing about it is that it is so easy to make and it is only 45 minutes to make from start to finish :)
