I Use The Darker Pan On The Right For Making Loaf Breads, Not The One On The Left. The Darker One Allows The Bread To Brown Better. The Lighter One, Leaves The Bread Light Colored & Somewhat Wet Around The Sides. Using The Darker One Leaves It Perfect.
