Gently roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured board, just enough to seal seams.
Out of the oven. Crispy, flaky crust and ooey gooey mac and cheese inside. Little "PILLOWS OF YUMMINESS"
Seams are pinched underneath. Pretty side up. Brush with egg wash....or not.
Place some mac and cheese on your pastry. Brush all edges with egg wash and fold to seal your little package.
