I made this today, 7/28/18, and it was great. When I made the gravy, I only used 1/2 of the carton of heavy whipping cream, because the roast I used was a little over 2lbs. It gave the gravy an awesome taste and not too creamy. My husband loved it. We served it with mashed potatoes instead of the cheese tortellini.
