Thanks Tyra, not yet they are still in the freezer. I am still looking for banana leaf to purchase. I was thinking about them yesterday as I was making a pot of bean soup and thought they may go well with it too.

I love, I love...I wanted to make up a batch of stew to eat them with. So, I took your suggestion and froze the remainig ones since my husband is in Florida right now. When he gets back I will make a beef stew or Carne Guisada and have them with it. I told my Mom about them and how much she will love them too.
