Thanks so much Wiley for such a nice compliment Wiley. My husband really loved how tender and tasty the dish was. The dish above is an all In one type meal, and can also be done in the oven, but the lid to the skillet I made it in was not HEATPROOF, so I just made it on the stove top. This is before it all cooked down with the soup on top of all the veggies.

Wiley you are an awesome cook. These looks absolutely amazing. You did a fantastic job. Thanks so much for sharing you photo. I was out of town with my daughter, or I would have responded sooner. Just now getting on the site, didn't get back till yesterday, and so exhausted, that I made dinner for my husband & didn't even eat, just chose to go to bed instead. I made a STOVE TOP SKILLET PORK STEAK WITH VEGGIES. He loved it, I took a feature picture for when I do get to post the recipe & then went to bed.
