This is the Artisan Dough made into a pizza crust. I am going to put the directions in the comment section. I brushed the top with butter but will not do that next time. It made it a little greasy in the end.
We made it yesterday and it was wonderful! I think I caused them to go flat when transferring the risen loafs to the pre-heated baking stone in the oven. Will have to work on that I guess. Wonderul!
