This Is The Artisan Dough Made Into A Pizza Crust. I Am Going To Put The Directions In The Comment Section. I Brushed The Top With Butter But Will Not Do That Next Time. It Made It A Little Greasy In The End.

We Made It Yesterday And It Was Wonderful! I Think I Caused Them To Go Flat When Transferring The Risen Loafs To The Pre-heated Baking Stone In The Oven. Will Have To Work On That I Guess. Wonderul!

Well I used bleached flour so it did not brown, but the the garlic and thyme was so good. My house smelled like an italian bakery.
