Hi Joyce, I'm just now seeing this. My family has loved this recipe for years. It's really a dessert, but we can keep calling it "Salad" because it sounds healthier :) thanks for your photos!

So glad I found your post of the original recipe. Hope you don't mind me adding my photos. This is the 3rd one I made this weekend. I made 2 Saturday family family picnic. (One is never enough.) My daughter thought I was taking one and leaving the other at home. She told me she had a wee little piece because she knew one was waiting. Obviously a miscommunication, so Sunday I made this one at her house. I made her take pictures so I could share on here. Thanks!
