OH, and I think [if I remember correctly!] I used Swiss cheese, or it could have been provolone. As I said, it was quite awhile ago. ANY cheese would be good!

Gosh, it's been so long since I took this photo! I used frozen pieces of Texas Garlic Toast, and then followed Colleen's recipe .. grilled onions, mushrooms, etc. It was delicious. I haven't made them since the night I made the one in the photo, but cool weather is coming on, so I'll be making them again in the fall!
