It's Green chili enchilada sauce, you can buy it at your local grocery store. My favorite brand is Macayo's. :) It is REALLY good. I use the same thing in my Mexican stuffed bell peppers.

hmmm now is that salsa verde, I always make an enchilada sauce (red) and dip shells in that, green is new for me. What is the green though :)
