Gretchen H gcolie...I will not be doing much in the kitchen for the next couple of weeks, but trust me, when I do get around to using the canned peaches I will let you know how the recipe worked out. I must apologize as I am caught between company all summer and trying to upgrade my knowledge for personal reasons.

This recipe looks very refreshing for a hot summer day. Thank you so much for sharing this. I am living in a remote Northern Ontario community and we have such a short season for finding fresh peaches in our store. I may be tempted to try this recipe using drained canned peaches.
