The fudge I've been trying to make is a 25 minute constant stir which a good portion of that time it is boiling....at a rolling boil where it is spitting over the pot as well. I know I will eventually get it but the milk in it is not supposed to get scorched either. After 25 minutes on a constant stir it's another 10 minutes off the stove of more beating. Ugghhhh lol
LOL...no it is actually a worn out t-fal pan , all the teflon is gone but I still use it ...;) I never have problem with the chocolate burning , you just stir it constantly until you take it off the burner.
Karla, what type of pan or thing is in the bottom of this pan? It looks like a strainer or something at the bottom. It that something that helps to keep the chocolate from burning?
