after stending 10 minutes taking the breasts the legs and her hands off, you should be left with this in your tray. roll the girl over all the lovely juices from the marinade that will be crispy and moist at the same time
baste the chicken with the jerk marinade, the most places i fill are the slices you previously made, then just drap some and spread with a small spoon over the top of the skin, turn it over (see pics) and the splash the bottom aswell
after you seperate the main breast chicken you will more than likely spend 10 minutes as i have just ripping the shreds off the chicken to eat while you stand.
