I Made Them In Individual Glass Baking Cups! They Are 8 Oz. Each And I Filled Them About 1/2 Way...i Did 4 Blueberry And 2 Chocolate Chip. I Baked It On A Cookie Sheet For 20 Minutes! I Poured A Little Maple Syrup Ontop Before Serving! They Worked Perfectly! I Like The Blueberry The Best!

practice on waxed paper and when you get it right freeze it and just peal and set on the icing when it melts does the rest.

I'm not to sure why it got so dark...maybe the sugar caramelized too much, or maybe the butter burned! But it looks like you caught it just in time. I didn't cool the butter before I pour the batter. I took it straight out of the oven and poured the batter immediately.

Thats a great tip about the decorating! I'm not great at decorating with gels and frostings. I wish they would sell ALL that stuff pre-made! I would love to be able to just have enough cake skills to write beautifully on the cakes! My cakes always look like a 2 year old wrote on it! lol!

You can make these on waxed paper then freeze them and they will peal off so you can use them last minute on a cake or pie

I used the same tip on both the black first to make the legs and then put it on the orange so it spiraled a black streak on its bottom. made it look more real.

So Lillian do you think it is the butter that is making it so dark or do you think I need to cool the butter more before adding the liquid.
