I made this tonight for dinner. I have never tried chicken parmesan before because I thought it would be to hard. This recipe was super easy and delicious! I added a little grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs before coating the chicken. The whole family loved it! It went perfect with a side of spaghetti and garlic bread.
