I am originally from Southern California, but have lived in Houston, Texas since 1975. I am a wife of 35 years, a mom to two grown daughters and proud grandmother to 3 grandsons (all under the age of 4).

I enjoy cooking however I've gotten out of the habit of trying new things and it seems like I'm still cooking dishes that "the kids" like.

I'd love to get back into exploring food and trying new exciting things again.
