I am the "Family Cook" for Mon - Sat, with Rosemary, my wife, Taking the Sunday Lunch duties. I love all Asian dished and always order my spices from a local Indian market in their online shop. I specialise in Curries and have just mastered the Thai Green, Red and Yellow (our favourite)Curries, thanks to the specialist info and goods from here. If you are in teh UK, it is the place where Rick Stein gets his gear - I am now experimenting with Baking for our family tea on Saturdays. So far (contrary to my wifes prtestations)it seems easier than cooking! :D
