My husband and I went mostly vegan in October of 2012, so most of the recipes I post will be of the vegan variety. We have a small garden and a few fruit trees that are still young. We are trying to grow enough food to feed us through the growing season with enough left over to can/freeze/dehydrate to last the winter. I'm happy to have found this site to help with menu planning and keeping up with my recipes.
