I should've been A chef instead of an accountant. I'm SO excited to be on this site. My passion is to cook. I put passion and heart in every meal. I cook with fresh ingredients. I don't take any short cuts whatsoever. I make my red sauce once a year from fresh tomatoes and jar it. I also make my own wine every year and my parents are great cooks coming from an Italian culture, everything was made from scratch and the best and freshest ingredients.
