I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area town of Walnut Creek, where our home was full of 12 family members and food was the central focus of each day. Imagine sit down meals twice a day and school/work lunches prepared daily for everyone!
The culinary ethnic diversity of the city where my parents and grandparents called home, and our frequent forrays into that scene added to my already rich cultural background in Italian Cucina.
As a home trained Chef I am gratified that my clients rave about my food as equal or greater than most of the fine restaurants both locally and abroad.
