I enjoy cooking as a relief from the insanity of the world. I am a 'Marine' (Sitting commandant says there are no 'former' Marines ...) of the Nam era, so yeah - I am old and crusty. Still in fair shape.
I make good salsa. I've been tweaking the recipe for thirty years. I have my own take on Chicken Cacciatore that is tasty and unique.
DIRELY WANT the recipe for Golden Corral roast beef! Mom made it that good, but passed before I learned.
I have developed an allergy to pork protein. Can't do pork.
I live alone, do carpentry, crafts, gunsmithing and write.
