I have had a world of experience . I am a foodie from way back. A close friend of mine and I started a contest for the best meal of the month,this was back in Minnesota,in the 80's. All before the thoughts of farm to table,chiefs from around the world on cooking channels,food blogs and everything in between.
I have traveled around the world and tasted wonderful dishes from far reaching areas,from the streets, of Bangkok,Hong Kong,and even northern Africa , These experiences have helped me to elevate my cooking style,along with several wonderful teachers,all were amazing home cooks.
