Susan Bickta’s recipe beat out more than a thousand others from around the country entered into the third annual “My Fresh Twist” recipe contest by Fisher Nuts. Bickta’s prize is a trip for two to New York City to meet celebrity chef and Food Network star Alex Guarnaschelli.
