The Results: A Pinterest Pass

These are delicious! The inside is creamy while the outside gets nice and crunchy. It’s hard to even tell that these are baked and not fried. You could dip this in ranch dressing, but we loved the chipotle dipping sauce. It’s a must! It’s smokey and gives a bit of heat. It really amps up the flavor of the avocado fries.

Test Kitchen Tips

  • Use a brush to help spread the oil in the pan.
  • Be careful when scooping the avocado out of the skin. Try to keep as much meat on the avocado as possible to make it easier when cutting slices.
  • Depending on how many slices you get from your avocados, you may need a little more flour and eggs than what’s suggested.
