Ingredients

1 c
chopped onion
1 stalk(s)
stalk celery, chopped
2 1/2 c
cooked brown rice
4 1/2 c
vegetable broth
1/2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp
curry powder
1/2 tsp
ground coriander

Step-By-Step

1Place 1/2 cup of vegetable broth, onions, and celery in a saucepan.

2Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 min.

3Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
