Ingredients

avocados
1 1/2 c
water
1 c
milk
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 medium
tomato
1 pkg
cheddar cheese, shredded (opt)
1 pkg
corn chips/strips optional
1 pinch
cayenne pepper (opt if you like hot)

Step-By-Step

1Cut avacadoes into quarters lengthwise, peel and depit mix with water and milk in blender until smooth (liquify)
2Mix in lemon juice, season salt, (Cayenne pepper if desired) and tomato on medium speed.
3Top with cheese and serve with corn chips or top with tortia crisps and serve as soup.
