whole onions

carrots

turnip
2 Tbsp
flour
1 gal
water

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients bring to a boil, turn heat to a medium simmer for 2 hours. Take out the tail and cut the meat into small pieces.

2Return meat and bones to soup

3Add salt, pepper, and flour.

4Cook for 30 minutes longer.
