WOW! Keema Matter with Ham & Peas

This a great soup made with Ham that I came up with the other day. We had it for supper with some wheat Cracker. My Husband told me the other day "Great Soup".

Ingredients

4 oz
cook ham-chopped
1/2 medium
yellow onions
1/8 tsp
chili power
2 Tbsp
greek yogurt-plain
1 can(s)
peas, canned
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 c
brown rice-dry
1/2 clove
garlic-mince
1/2 tsp
parsley flakes
1 can(s)
corn, canned, not drain
1 can(s)
black beans, not drain

TIPS: FOR EVERY 2 TABLESPOON DRY BROWN RICE =1/3 CUP COOKED

Step-By-Step

1In a large sauce pan added water and rice. Bring to boil.
2Cooked until the Rice is tender.
3Add Cook chopped ham to rice.
4Added rest of Ingredient and cook another 5 minutes.
5Serve right away with Wheat Crackers. Enjoy.
