ELLEN'S YUMMY NO-SALT POPCORN

- popcorn, popped
- unsalted butter to taste
- 1 Tbsp
- mrs. dash garlic and herb flavored seasoning, or any other flavor you like
- 2 tsp
- low sodium parmesan cheese
1If possible use a hot-air popcorn popper to avoid using oil.
Place popped corn in a large bowl.
2In a resealable plastic bag, combine Mrs. Dash and the Parmesan cheese. Close the bag and shake vigorously until the two ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3Drizzle butter over popcorn if so desired; then sprinkle seasoning mixture over popcorn, shaking the bowl occasionally to evenly distribute seasoning.
4Enjoy this new taste treat. You won't even miss the salt!
