When my doctor told me to cut down on salt I was afraid I would never eat popcorn again. But I soon came up with this very tasty solution. I love it! My special seasoning packet goes to the movies with me!

Ingredients

3 c
popcorn, popped
unsalted butter to taste
1 Tbsp
mrs. dash garlic and herb flavored seasoning, or any other flavor you like
2 tsp
low sodium parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

If possible use a hot-air popcorn popper to avoid using oil.
Place popped corn in a large bowl.

In a resealable plastic bag, combine Mrs. Dash and the Parmesan cheese. Close the bag and shake vigorously until the two ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Drizzle butter over popcorn if so desired; then sprinkle seasoning mixture over popcorn, shaking the bowl occasionally to evenly distribute seasoning.
