I love to make these with the juice that's left over after having a beet salad. The color is fun, and I've even had friends that don't like beets love these.

Ingredients

eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 can(s)
beet juice from 2 15oz.
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
1/4 c
olive oil, extra virgin
3/4 c
apple cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Hard boil and peel 1 dozen eggs
2mix together remaining ingredients in a non reactive jar or bowl
3add eggs making sure they are covered with the liquid.
4soak eggs at least over night, the ones pictured were in for around a week.
