In a large saucepan, heat brown sugar, syrup and butter until sugar disolves.
Stir in cereal and nuts and mix well.
Spread into a greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and stir to loosen from the pan.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
