Ingredients

1 c
cold water
1
egg white
1 lb
large pecan halves
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Beat water and egg white until frothy. Mix well with pecans. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix with pecans. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Makes 2 cups.
