Ingredients

5
medium zucchinis
3 pkg
(8oz size) sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp
butter or margerine
garlic powder with parsley, to taste
grated parmesan cheese, to taste

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.

2Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.

Step 3 Direction Photo

3Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.

Step 4 Direction Photo

4Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve. :)
