sprouted bread, toasted

avocado, soft

basil leaves, or enough to cover the slice of toast

small handful red onion, chopped small
salt and pepper to taste
small drizzle of olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Toast bread then layer each ingredient on. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt, pepper and olive oil.

You can also use the same ingredients on French baguette rounds for a lovely appetizer.
