While e-mailing my organic delivery company about how much I love their cauliflower, I discovered a couple of yummy-sounding recipes I want to share. I will be trying them very soon.

Ingredients

2-3 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 small
head cauliflower, cut in small florets
3-4 clove
garlic, whole and peeled
fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Place oil, cauliflower, and garlic into a small baking dish. Mix together. Cover.

Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven until cauliflower is tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove cover and allow cauliflower to brown, about 5 minutes.

Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
