Ingredients

head cauliflower
1/2 c
parsley, chopped
1/2 c
red onion, diced
1/2 c
cherry tomatoes, diced
1 small
lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp
sae salt

Step-By-Step

1Cut the cauliflower into florets and process in two batches.
2Pour cauliflower into a large mixing bowl.
3Add in all of the other ingredient into the bowl with the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.
4When mixed, serve or store in the fridge until ready to use.
