Ingredients

head cauliflower
1/2 c
parsley, chopped
1/2 c
red onion, diced
1/2 c
cherry tomatoes, diced
1 small
lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp
sae salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut the cauliflower into florets and process in two batches.

Pour cauliflower into a large mixing bowl.

Add in all of the other ingredient into the bowl with the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.

When mixed, serve or store in the fridge until ready to use.
