1Clean your ramps by rinsing them quickly with water (the bulbs and leaves always seem to have a dirt film on them) and do the same for the broccolini. Once clean, cut them into about 3 inch pieces. Chop bacon
2In a saute pan, heat bacon on medium/high heat to render fat. Once the pan is hot enough, add the ramps and broccolini, red pepper flake and salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes, or until the ramp leaves have cooked down and the broccolini is tender. Remove from heat and serve with cornbread.
