Marinated Carrots Orange Sunshine

This is one of my most cherished sides.
I use it often with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
tomato soup
1/2 c
corn oil
1/2 c
vinagar
1 c
sugar
1 c
celery diced
1 medium
red onions diced
1 c
green pepper
2 c
sliced carrots cooked
1 tsp
salt
12/ tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook the carrots in boiling water till soft, about 20 minutes.
2In a large bowl place the carrots, peppers, onions and celery.
3Mix the soup sugar vinegar and oil together.
Pour over vegies. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
I really like it as a side with any kind of sandwich.
