Ingredients

1 medium
head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 small
onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Toss the sliced/shredded cabbage with the vinegar and oil, tossing to coat evenly.
2Add salt and pepper and toss again to evenly distribute.
3Refrigerate until ready to serve.
