This is a tasty stir fried rice and vegetable recipe.

Ingredients

4 oz
white pearl onions
8 oz
frozen green peas
3 c
cooked rice
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
turmeric
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/4 tsp
seasoned pepper
2 tsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a frying pan. Add turmeric and ginger and cook for a few seconds or until you can smell the toasted turmeric.
2Add onions and stir to coat. Cook for about three minutes.
3Add the peas, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir to coat. Cover and cook for about eight minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally.
4Add rice and stir to mix thoroughly. Heat through.
