Ingredients

3 c
parsnips. sliced diagonally in 1/2-inch slices
3/4 c
boiling water
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
butter
1/4 c
orange juice
1 tsp
grated orange rind

Step-By-Step

1Place parsnips in salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered. about 20 minutes. Drain. Heat remaining ingredients together in a saucepan. Pour over parsnips in serving dish. Makes 6 servings.
