Ingredients

DRESSING:

1/4 c
honey
1/2 c
cider vinegar
1 medium
lemon ,juiced
1 Tbsp
cumin seeds, toasted in a dry sauté pan until lightly smoky
1 Tbsp
curry powder
1/2 c
olive oil
1/2
jalapeño, minced
Directions
whisk ingredients together until well blended.

SALAD:

1/2 small
head,red cabbage, cut in thin ribbons(chiffonade)
1/2 small
head savory cabbage, cut in thin ribbons(chiffonade)
2 large
carrots, cut in thin strips (julienne)
1 medium
red onion,minced
1 bunch
cilantro, very roughly chopped, use stems too
salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Toss dressing with cabbage and remaining vegetables, except cilantro and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, add cilantro and season to taste.
