Ingredients

6 medium
beets, pared
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
butter
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/8 tsp
seasoned salt

Grate beets. Place into a skillet and sprinkle with seasonings. Add butter, simmer, covered about 25 minutes, or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
