As of this morning, I've lost 13 pounds. This was done with NO EXCURSIZE, just food intake. I figure, why not share what I'm eating. I have been eating vegetarian sense the 1st of January. Don't get me wrong, I've had my moment of weakness, and got a cup of coffee and 2 ( yes t-w-o) doughnuts. I beat myself up for about an hour, then I GOT OVER IT ! Next meal, right back on track. I'm not following any certain diet, I'm tacking a little bit from EVERYBODY. I've joined more that one group, I figure we can all learn from each other. Clean Eating is my contribution.

Enjoycooking.

Step-By-Step

1Wash and prepare all salad greens and condaments.
2I love using balsamic's on my salads, but I use different flavors all the time. This one is peach flavored. I also use Lemond, Chocolate, 80 yr. old, just to name a few. OLD TOWN OIL CHICAGO, is were I order them from. They have lots of flavors.
3Toaste pecans in a dry skillet on low heat stiring constantly, until smell is bloomed.
4Put ALL INGREDIENTS for dressing in jar, and shake until well blended. pour over salad and toss. Make sure all items are coated well.

ENJOY ....KEEP IT CLEAN !
