Ingredients

1 large
yellow squash
1 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 large
segment garlic
Dashes
oregano, dried
Dashes
cayenne pepper & black pepper
1/3 c
parmesan cheese plus liberal amt. of grated monterey jack cheese topping
1/3 c
milk or half n half cream
1/3 c
bread crumbs, seasoned

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1preheat oven 350 degrees F. Oil baking pan or casserole dish.
Add diced garlic.

2Slice Squash placing in a scattered fashion fully covering pan.
Add milk, Sprinkle seasonings, add shredded cheeses.

3Sprinkle bread crumb topping.
Cover with lid, or aluminum foil. bake 1 hr.
Remove from oven and serve as a delicious side dish.
