Ingredients

11 oz
couscous
feta cheese
30 oz
chick peas
1/2 c
red onion
1
cucumber
evoo
lemon juice
salt and pepper
fresh parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook couscous according to directions.

Rinse and drain.

Chop onion, cucumber and parsley.

Rinse and drain chick peas.

Add all dry ingredients and toss with EVOO, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Go light. You can always add more.
