Ingredients

6 large
potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
milk
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
minced fresh parsley

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large non stick skillet, cook potatoes until crisp-tender and slightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all; cover and cook until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese; stir until melted. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
